How SEO breaks, and where it's caught
Site audits find what is already broken in production, weeks later. RankForge stops it in the pull request, then keeps watching after the merge.
| What happened | Where it's caught |
|---|---|
| A template change sets noindex on /pricing | In the pull requestthe check fails before the merge |
| A refactor drops the canonical from 40 pages | In the pull request |
| hreflang points at a page that now redirects | In your editor |
| A CDN rule sends X-Robots-Tag: noindex on every page | In productionat the next check |
| robots.txt starts answering 500, so Google pauses crawling | In production |
| A page quietly starts returning 404 | In production |
| The HTTPS certificate expires in 9 days | In productionbefore it expires |
| LCP gets worse for real users after a release | In productionfrom Chrome UX Report data |
Pricing questions
What do I pay for, exactly?
For RankForge watching your production sites on its own: a check every day, and an alert the moment a deploy makes a page noindex, blocks Google in robots.txt, breaks a canonical, takes a page down or lets the HTTPS certificate expire. Audits from the CLI and your editor are free and unlimited.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it isn't a trial: the CLI, the editor agent, the CI regression gate and white-label reports are free for good, plus monitoring of one site every week.
What happens when a site has more pages than my plan crawls?
The check covers the pages it can reach within the limit, linked pages first, and says the crawl stopped at the limit so a result is never presented as complete when it isn't.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans will be monthly with no lock-in. After a downgrade, your check history stays readable within the new plan's window (3 months on Free).
Is billing open?
Not yet. During the beta, Pro is free on every account. The prices on this page are what the plans will cost when billing opens, and you'll be told before anything changes.
